My lighthouse…my lighthouse
I decided to start my day at a tranquil spot called Cosmic Refuge. The amazing Skyline lit up with constellations that whispered secrets to me inspired me to settle and relax near the Lighthouse situated by crashing waves and the sounds of birds singing as their days were beginning.
Adapting the Tree pose or the “Vrksasana” both calmed and steadied and strengthened both my mind and body giving me the calmness to start my day focused.
I went back in the evening to close my day with the same intention and plan to explore the rest of this lovely Refuge as I hope that you visit them as well.
